They are Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride and Chlorphenamine Maleate.

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride is a nasal decongestant that provides relief from nasal discomfort or congestion caused by colds, allergies and hay fever.

The second ingredient, Paracetamol belongs to a group of medicines known as analgesics, or painkillers. It is used to relieve mild-to-moderate pain. It is also useful for lowering raised temperature (fever) in the Child which results from Cold or Flu infections.

The third powerful active ingredient is Chlorphenamine Maleate. Chlorphenamine is an anti-histamine used to relieve symptoms of allergy, hay fever, and the common cold. These symptoms include rash, watery eyes, itchy eyes, itchy nose, itchy throat or itchy skin, cough, runny nose and sneezing.

This medication works by blocking a certain natural substance know as histamine, that your body produces during an allergic reaction. By blocking another natural occuring substance made by your body (acetylcholine), it helps dry up some body fluids to relieve symptoms such as watery eyes and runny nose. Consequently, your child is relieved from restlessness, discomfort and sleeplessness resulting from cold.
